I just had a 90 minute Massage with Courtney. She found areas that I knew were tight and worked some kinks out for me. Courtney was gentle, yet those muscles still didn't like it. Painful good? Lol She's Great. Definitely recommend Courtney !

This place was fantastic for recovery—very clean, and Kyah was excellent at welcoming me to the spa and accommodating my recovery both before and after the Missoula Marathon. The contrast therapy rooms were excellent and well-equipped.
