This Spa has helped with my recovery immensely. The cold plunge and sauna help me get through rough days. I also really like the red light bed too. I high recommend this place to anyone with chronic pain or anyone that regularly lifts weight.
I was there for meet the owners night last Saturday May 3rd. The owners are really nice and the spa is really relaxing. It's a great place to visit since Marshfield is a small town and doesn't have much. 10/10 would recommend.
