Great set up at both locations in Traverse City. The cold water tubs are AMAZING!! The staff has always been so helpful and welcoming. It’s really easy to buy passes/punch cards and schedule right online at either location.
I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The cold plunges are high quality, the sauna is wood-fueled, everything is maintained well, and the staff and owners are amazing. Seriously, couldn't ask for more 😌
