I love swthz in Carmel it’s the perfect place for some me time . I go once a week to wind down and get 60 minutes of peace . The staff is always so pleasant especially the studio manager Mel who is very Upbeat and knowledgeable .
Place was very clean and the staff was nice. I plan on going back any time I need a little “treat yourself” hour of relaxation.
Such a great experience! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and always makes you feel welcome and taken care of. The sauna is incredibly relaxing, and the cold plunge (though it takes a while to get used to!) always sets your mind right.
